We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum purchase required. Our goal is to make premium relaxation accessible without hidden costs at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment in real time through our tracking portal, powered by ParcelPanel. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when ordering internationally:
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
- Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can add to delivery time. This is outside our control.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted territories. If your order cannot be fulfilled to your location, our team will contact you promptly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
